Today it is Father's Day and it was a good day for Dave. Cards and calls and he was discharged from The Villages hospital with oral antibiotics for the next 13 days. Tomorrow, we will make some followup appointments with infectious disease and urology specialists and Tuesday he meets with his PCP. The antibiotics should also take care of the small pneumonia in the bottom of the left lung but we will schedule a chest xray within the next week as well. Speech therapy resumes on Monday and we pray that this bump in the road is over and we can get back to our normal 'at home' routine. Thank you so much for your loving comments and prayers.
