Dave’s Story

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We've created it to keep friends and family updated about Dave. Get started by reading the introduction to our website, My Story. Visit often to read the latest journal entries, visit the photo gallery, and write us a note in our guestbook. After a few incidents with back pain this year, Dave's last bout didn't seem to go away. We convinced him to see our good friend and neighbor who just happens to be an orthopedic surgeon. What we all thought was a herniated disc turned out to be a severely fractured L-5 of the spine after a MRI and CT scan was taken.  The suspected culprit - either lymphoma or multiple myeloma.  That was on Tuesday of this week, and on Wednesday evening he was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he is now in a 5 hour surgery to repair & support his spine.  The next step is to determine the culprit and then the plan of attack. God is with us along with a large number of angels to guide us through this ride!

Look up to the heavens today and wish Dave a Great Big Happy 65th Birthday!

I'm using the platform of technology to spread the word and all the specifics because many have missed the announcement of his service either on Facebook or the Caring Bridge Site. And if you talk to anyone that might be interested in helping us celebrate, please pass this email along. The information is as follows:
