Dave’s Story

Site created on October 24, 2023

Dave has Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma (AITL) - a rare, often aggressive form of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL). It took months to get a final diagnosis from the National Cancer Institute but during that time, he responded extremely well to chemo. Because of the nature of AITL, Fred Hutch Cancer Center wanted to move forward with a stem-cell transplant. We know the recovery from a transplant is slow, and isolation is difficult. We are using this site to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting!
