Dan’s Story

Welcome to Dan's CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. Dan said he didn't want to read about his health in the Star Tribune, but he wasn't against sharing what's been going on lately.

Dan is on his second hospital stay in the past 6 weeks.  Both times he has had fluid buildup in several areas of his body and his heart is functioning below what doctors would expect for person his age. The cause of this is still a bit of a mystery, and Dan is hoping that this hospital stay will provide some more answers than his last. Tonight he was resting at Regions Hospital in St. Paul, with three copies of the Star Tribune, and some movies to cross off his list.

While Dan may not be able to directly read and respond to any messages here, we'll make sure he hears your comments. More as we learn more.
