And life is suddenly so different – the doctors’ appointments are no more, the medications and reminders of the awful cancer disease have been removed, the planning and preparing for a celebration of life to honor his life is finished, people have returned to their normal, and it is time for me to find my new normal, although I don’t know that it will ever feel “normal.”  Thank you, thank you, thank you for the many cards, gifts, flowers, and messages. The support and love we have from so many overwhelms our family and helps us to know we can, with God’s help, do “hard.”
