He's home. He's not septic. He makes sense occasionally. He worries about things that don't make sense (like fretting about getting a nurse's phone number to call her at 2am on his nonexistent phone when his wound vac may or may not malfunction). He was able to transfer to a bedside commode and back again. I haven't had a normal conversation with him yet. 

I am very tired.
