Journal entry by Liza Danielson

My niece Daisy fell off a horse on July 27th. Daisy’s husband and father in law took her to Aberdeen, SD  where they found out she had a fracture on her skull and bleeding on the brain. They airlifted her to Bismarck, ND, once there they found out she had a partially collapsed lung and the bleeding on the brain got worse. Since they couldn’t take care of her there they airlifted Daisy to Fargo,ND to have brain surgery.  Once she arrived in Fargo they did another scan and found out the bleeding almost stopped. So no brain surgery at the moment. Daisy was sedated but this morning they took the tubes out and she is breathing on her own. As of now they are monitoring her very closely. She had a scan this morning and that showed the blood clot in the back of her head had gotten smaller. This afternoon they did a contrast mri and we don’t have those results.
I know Daisy isn’t one to ask for help but she has a long road ahead of her and many medical bills. Her husband Micah needs to be by her side and isn’t able to work at the moment. Not sure how much help she will need once she is able to go home. They have 3 little children. If you are able to help out I know they would appreciate it. I know Daisy and Micah thank you from the bottom of their hearts.
Many prayers will help.
Thank You all❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
