Hi everyone! Thanks to Ann for the recent post reminding us that it's been six months, hard to believe. I'm writing because Next Stage Arts Project, which is the nonprofit arts venue in Putney village where Cynthia was active as a storyteller, is dedicating its 2020 Program in her memory.
The Program is given to everyone who attends any event for the entire year, and it contains ads and expressions of support from local businesses and organizations. A few of us were thinking that Cynthia's friends and family might want to contribute to a half-page ad in the Program to support Next Stage and as a tribute to Cynthia's involvement there. Here is more info on the Program.
The cost of a half-page ad is $500. Amazingly, we have already received an offer from one person to contribute $250. Any amount you want to donate is welcome and will help reach the goal. The deadline to receive funds is October 21. (If we raise $750, we can get a full-page ad - even better!)
There are two ways to donate:
1) Mail a check made out to 'Next Stage Arts Project' with Cynthia's name on the memo to: Next Stage Arts Project, P.O. Box 251, Putney VT 05346.
2) Donate online using PayPal at this link: https://nextstagearts.org/support/donate/
There is a place to "Add a Note" after you enter the amount, and you can write Cynthia's name there so Next Stage will know it's for this particular ad.
