Craig was the Pied Piper of Garfield. He guided my two sons through Marine Biology and trips to Mexico. I moved to Eastlake and discovered that Craig and his family were neighbors and significant community activists. I am grateful to have known you.

We are incredibly heartbroken to hear of our dearest Craig's passing. As our Whidbey neighbor & friend, he helped us find a home here & to learn of its great history. We are truly honored to have known him & learned from him. He will be missed.

I have so appreciated the opportunity to know Craig through book club and be inspired as so many of his students were over the years. With lice and gratitude.
