Cora was airlifted to HCMC this afternoon after going into cardiac arrest while at daycare. Bret was allowed to ride in the helicopter with Cora, and Dan (grandpa) drove Sarah down right away. Since arriving at the hospital, they have not been able to see Cora. However, Sarah and Bret are just now being escorted back to see her, as we speak. There is a room full of Doctors taking care of her and trying to stabilize her. She is intubated and sedated. Please keep Cora, Bret and Sarah, and the rest of their family and friends in your thoughts and prayers. For those of you that do not know me, I am Sarah’s “cousin” by blood but we have always been sisters. I was asked by Sarah to create and continue to keep this site updated. We know there are millions of people that love Cora, Sarah, and Bret and would like them to know you are here for whatever they need. There is a lot happening here and we are asking at this time to please respect their privacy and direct comments about support, questions, etc. to this page. I will be providing updates on here as we speak to medical staff throughout this time. Please understand that there are a lot of questions that we do not have answers to right now. We have very limited information as tests are still being ran and information is continuously being gathered. I will do my absolute best to keep you all in the loop with the most up to date information as it comes.
