I, Cooper's Mom Cari, along with our families and friends, are devastated and heartbroken today. We lost our Cooper Jens at 4:48AM this morning. He was SO strong... and we are so proud of him for fighting. There will never be another soul like our Cooper. And we are all fortunate and blessed to have had him in our lives. He was a sweet, funny, loving, smart, kind young man. He will be missed so very much. I would like to thank everyone who has helped our families through these 13days, and the Doctors, staff, and Nurses at St. Mary's Essentia Health who took great care of Cooper.
