Dear family and friends -
It’s with a heavy heart that I share this post. My husband of 16 years, Jon, passed away unexpectedly this last Thursday, April 4th.  His huge, loving heart had done all it could do to keep up with him.
Audrey, Selma and I are not sure how we are going to move forward without him as there is a hole in our hearts. Jon was always here for us in this life and we know he will always be with us in the beautiful memories we created together.  Our love will continue on.

Words can’t describe how much Jon will be missed by not only us but many family and friends. He lit up every room with his bright smile and always knew how to make people feel at home.

We will be celebrating his amazing life this Spring with a “Celebration on Life” in Oregon and Colorado. We will share more details as the event comes together.

Thank you to everyone who was a good friend to Jon. We are forever grateful for the impact you made on his life.

Jon was our provider and gave everything for his family.  Many friends and family have reached out to see how they can help the girls and myself going forward as we find our way through life without Jon.  If you would like to make a gift donation for funeral expenses and household needs, we truly appreciate your help and support.  Please Venmo any gifts to: @cmckamy conf# 7473

Tonight, when you look at the skies, don’t think of them as stars. Think of them as porch lights welcoming Jonny safely home. 💫

Rest in love, My Husband, Partner, Amazing Father and Friend ❤️‍🩹

This quote is so fitting for Jon’s life - “It is not the length of life, but the depth of life.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
