We wanted to share some good news. Our prayers are already paying off. Chris just learned that her organs are clear! The cancer was caught in time before any additional metastases. Thank GOD!!! The donations are also helping as the medical bills have already started piling in. Chris received her first treatment injection on Monday. One of the drugs she needs is an oral medication that must be purchased from a specialty pharmacy which means a higher cost. Plus, she has some additional tests this week. Next week will be the bone biopsy to confirm whether this is metastatic breast cancer, or some other process.
