Christopher’s Story

Site created on June 21, 2019

As many of you know, Christopher was diagnosed with an inoperable brain stem tumor on June 21. Although the prognosis is not good, we are praying for a miracle and believing that Christopher will be healed.

We will be using this site to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your prayers, support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Journal entry by Jennifer Brown

Today was a very exciting day - Christopher returned to school! He was SO HAPPY to go back. I spent the day at school with him so that I could see for myself how he tolerates the school day, and he exceeded all of my expectations. He participated in class, was able to move around, complete his work - he was just like any other student.

Even though we met with the school multiple times and have a good plan in place for him, I was still very concerned about how he would handle school, what the kids would say, whether he would be tired or able to do his work. After today I know that he is going to be OK. And even though he may have some bad days, he is in good hands and I could not have asked for a better support team than what we have found in his school.

Thank you to everyone who continues to pray for Chris. Prayer changes things, I truly believe that Chris is being healed.

Our amazing friend Tiffany has setup a GoFundMe for Chris to help with expenses related to his care. We would be so appreciative if you are able to donate or share our story. https://www.gofundme.com/f/3cst6-christopher-brown?pc=fb_co_shareflow_m&rcid=r01-156564728175-eb2236c2cdbb45c9&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=fb_co_shareflow_m
