He was my chaplain in the Army at 563d ASB. We deployed in 2011 to kandahar, Afghanistan. It was a year long deployment and mentally I don't think I couldn't of made it through without him. His energy radiated for miles around him! He is missed

The Fultons in Virginia holds the family in prayer. We are grateful for Char's and your service to our country, men, and the American way of life.

Not many of us can leave a legacy as rich as Char's. Though time and distance separated us, his parents always kept me updated on his life journey and his family. What a privilege to know he is home with Jesus and basking in the presence of our Lord.

when i was quite young my Grand mother would yank the salt out of my hand at dinners saying it wasn't good for me. I thought of my Grandmother one time when Char was preaching and he was talking about food with no
salt. then he said No taste.
