Barring any new developments, mom is scheduled to come home tomorrow, Friday the 24th! Her last PLEX treatment is tomorrow, and then she gets to come home!

Since she's maneuvering well with her walker, PT and OT don't think she needs rehab right now, which is great. She'll get some PT/OT at home also.

Basically, the PLEX treatment finishes tomorrow and she'll remain on a drug to keep her immune system at bay for several months. Over these several months, we hope to see improvement with the pain and numbness in her hand and feet. Currently these symptoms haven't changed, so don't be surprised to see her sprinting past you with her walker for a bit.
