To All,

I talked with Charles last night and he asked me to convey the latest details involving his cancer treatment endeavors, especially since he will not be able to visit our Clarksville Plant in the immediate future, (both due to his involvement with this high level program and to avoid any added Covid risk).

Charles has started the preliminary activities this week for the T-Cell Program at Vanderbilt University. He has been hoping for nearly a year to be a candidate for this encouraging study and that appears to have finally come to fruition. As a result, he has had an extremely busy past few days.

Some of the key details and timelines are as follows:

·         The multitude of testing, (EKG, CT Scan, etc., etc.) was completed this week without any major drawbacks.

·         Barring any unforeseen developments, Charles will be at Vanderbilt for three or four straight days next week where they will put in a port and start drawing his blood for T-Cell Immunity enrichment purposes.

·         Once he is completed with the activities next week, he will then have a 4-6 week gap where his blood that was drawn will be enhanced to serve the same purpose as chemotherapy does.

·          The doctors and scientists will continue to augment Charles’ blood with the T-Cell enhancement during the following 4-6 weeks. Meanwhile, Charles and his wife Diana, will be looking for temporary residence very near to the Vanderbilt Hospital.

·         Then, starting in mid-to late December and for the following 30 days Charles will need to essentially be on call as they will be systematically infusing his treated blood back into his body.

So, please keep Charles in your thoughts and prayers during these next few months, which I am certain he and his family will greatly appreciate.

If you are not already in contact with Charles and you would like to send him an e-mail or text, just let me know and I will be more than glad to share his contact information.

Kind regards,

Gary
