Cece turned 7 on September 20th! I can't believe she is crawling so close to ten. What happened to our little baby? For her birthday Princesses Against Cancer CLE through her a princess party at the local library! It was darling and so sweet and special. It had originally been planned for last July but got postponed due to the pandemic. We are so thankful they were willing to still throw Cece a princess party! Belle, Rapunzel, and Cinderella was there. We kept it very small, and invited two of their girl friends. The princesses were full of activities, cupcakes, pizza, and everyone had a blast!

The next day, through Flashes of Hope, the kids had a photoshoot to celebrate Cece's one year canceranniversary! I included two of the photos and they are so gorgeous. We wanted the kids to be themselves and not posed and they turned out perfectly. I can't wait to hang them around the house!

Later that day close family came over and we celebrated Cece some more! A Pinata, cake and lots of food for everyone. It was nice to have everyone together.

Cece also started gymnastics and is loving it. She wasn't able to participate with Lily last summer because of her mediport so this is a big step towards getting Cece back to normal. We are really happy, that she is happy.

Cece has started Occupational therapy and Tim and I are hopeful it will help Cece continue to grow and learn. She has PT and OT every other Monday morning and she seems to enjoy it so far.

Alright onto the doctor's appointments. Cece got re-vaccinated on September 15th. She had to receive six vaccines, in four shots. It was really hard for her, but she did it and we are so proud of her.  One of the reasons she cooperated so well was to get her ears pierced she needed her tetanus shot! So we had to make a separate appointment, that Cece has been waiting for, to get her ears pierced!

Today I finally took Cece to get her ears pierced. She was a little nervous, but SO excited. She knew it was going to pinch but I think it surprised her more than anything. I took her to the pediatrician's office to have it done. The doctor did the left ear first, and then her right. She got a little fidgety between them but she did great. We did have a little hiccup though. She came home from school with only one earring in! Thankfully I was able to get it back in and she's been good about cleaning them, twice a day, so far. They doctor said to keep them in for four weeks to heal before changing them. I was surprised, I thought they had to stay in longer than that.

Her next bloodwork appointment is October 21st with Dr. B! I will try to keep everyone updated. Thank you for your continued prayers and support.
