Journal entry by Bob Burns —
On Wednesday May 2nd Cathy and I met with Dr. Rotondo of KUMed Center radiology and he discussed Cathy's recent MRI with us. His assessment is that there is no discernable growth from the November MRI and what remains of the chordoma tumor has been stabilized. These were the hopeful results of the 2 months of radiation treatments last year. The next MRI will be taken in November and he cautioned us to take a long term view of recovery as the Chordoma is one of slow, yet invasive growth.
