Carole’s Story

Site created on May 1, 2021

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
About a month ago Carole had several episodes which seemed like small strokes, impacting her left side. On Wednesday April 21 she had an MRI which revealed  it was actually a brain tumor. That Friday doctors performed surgery and discovered the tumor was inoperable, stage 4, and rapidly growing. She remained in the hospital and then went in hospice care at her daughter's home. Her children were all able to say good bye to her.  She had good care and medication to manage the pain. She passed away Thursday morning 5/6/21.  She had a bright spirit and hope to be with God right to the end.
