We are so excited to announce that after 56 days in the NICU Caolán was discharged from the hospital yesterday and he is safe at home with his family (Mom, Dad, Grandma, Aunty Denise and Sasha). Sasha is still figuring out what this tiny human is all about and Caolán is enjoying long walks around the house without any cables attached.

We are shocked at how quickly he has recovered from his three surgeries and he beat his estimated 3 month minimum stay by a mile. 

It sure has been a long road but there have been so many people carrying us along the way and we could not be happier to be safely isolated together. 

We really can’t thank everyone enough for the prayers and well wishes that sped his recovery along and comforted all of us through this journey. 

We hope everyone stays safe and healthy during this difficult time. You all are in our thoughts and prayers and Caolán looks forward to meeting everyone someday soon!
