Happy Birthday sweet girl! We miss you so much and can't believe it's already been a year since you joined us earth side. We think about you all the time and love you so much! We know your hanging out with all of our favorite people today!
In honor of our sweet girl and her birthday month, we are launching our first annual Cali's Birthday FUNdraiser. We have put together a wish list of toys and books and fun things that we will be donating to the American Family Children's Hospital. These gifts will go directly to the children in the cardiac program.
