We are happy to share that Caleb’s first few days at home have gone smoothly! Caleb is doing a great job taking his recovery slowly. 

Moving forward, Caleb will be able to continue receiving care from his surgeon at OHSU. This surgeon is THE BEST in his specialty, and the Samsels are grateful that he will be overseeing Caleb’s care.

Caleb was able to get in to see his pediatrician right away. This was another big answer to prayer that he didn’t have to wait an extended period of time to get scheduled.

Melanie shared that the Mealtrain continues to be a tremendous help, allowing them to focus on their family, and especially Caleb. More dates have been added :)

The Lord has answered many prayers, and we continue to come before Him asking for His healing and protection for Caleb and his family.
