We have been busy! The whirlwind that is a cancer story. 

Brynn has started radiation. She is scheduled to have 6 weeks of chemo and will be doing this 5 days a week. Today, she completed her 7th day. We are in her 2nd week of radiation. Radiation will cause her some pain in a couple of weeks but we're trying to prepare as much as possible.

On Friday, she will start her 20th week (of 40 scheduled weeks) of chemo. She has made it out of the "induction" phase and moved into the "consolidation" phase with this. Her blood counts have been trickier since we have moved along in this process. There's some delay when her counts are low but so far we have managed to stay as close to the predicted date as possible...so far...this is sure to change and we will go with the plan the man upstairs has laid out for her. 

She has been able to be with friends a little more and still manages to have some fun!

Below you'll meet "Penelope" - her machine that chooses to argue with her every day. Ha! And, you'll see she made a cameo at one her besties birthday's. Last, we got to experience the 12 Days of Christmas at the Dallas Arboretum thanks to Nana and Bubba!
