Bruce’s Story

Welcome to our CaringBridge website.  We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place.  Bruce has had some health set-backs as of late.   His heart disease is significant enough that he is now in hospice care at Hooverwood.  Bruce is able to interact and enjoy company.  In fact, we played Uno with him just yesterday!  He does tire easily and may not be up for long or multiple visits.  Towards that end, we have set up a way to schedule visits.  Please visit that section of our site and reach out with any questions.  We deeply appreciate your support.

Nancy and I had a nice short visit with Bruce today.  He showed us the Clear family photo album and he noted where grandkids had traveled to.  He looked good but wants company so he can wheel around outside more.  Karen
