Thniking and praying for you often. Keep moving forward in your medical journey. I am going to give you the best advice I got from one of my PTs. The advice "Something crappy has happened in your life. It is OK to have a pity party, but make it short and sweet then get yourself up and go back to work.". I know you are working hard for you and your family, so keep taking one step at a time. You have lots of friends (near and far) that are praying for you.
