Update on Michael: As I sit here in Bradenton the day before Easter I am overwhelmed with the goodness of God and how he has been our steady source of hope and joy throughout the las 3 months. Michael is 9 days out from his corneal transplant and we continue to pray for his vision will be restored. He can see light but not any clear vision at this time. We have been rechecked by the surgeon twice and there is no sign of the infection returning or rejection at this time🙌. We are so thankful for that. We return to Miami on Thursday April 4th. The eye surgery has delayed the laser surgery on his burns and it is set for April 25th. We are praying this gets moved up to earlier in the month. The skin on his arms , back and legs is still tight and painful and we are hoping this will help to alleviate this. He continues in therapy to work on the tightness also. All that aside we just give God the glory that Michael survived the explosion and the burns of 85% of his body and he did not lose his left eye. We are thankful and blessed! We appreciate each of the prayers that have been lifted on our behalf and pray that each of you will enjoy worship this weekend as we celebrate the resurrection and love of Jesus! 🙏❤️.
