Sachie Yoshimoto passed away in her sleep before 9 pm EDT on October 5, 2020, in a hospice in Washington DC. Even while in the hospice, she met bible study students and sowed seeds of the Gospel in them. The bible verse in her social messenger was 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.' (Act 20:35)

She was diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer (stage IV) four years ago. Although the surgery was successful, it has since returned. She has been in hospice since September 12. She has said that she was truly grateful for all of your prayers and support.

She is survived by her husband, five-years-old son, mother and a younger brother. Please pray for them.
