Interventions Radiology came to see us this morning to let us know that Bradley would be having a procedure before surgery. They went in to cut off the blood supply to the tumor in his femur to reduce complications from bleeding. 

They brought him right to pre-op from there where we were able to sit with him until it was time for surgery. Surgery took a little longer than expected due to the channel not being big enough for the nail. They were able to widen it and call it a success!

Bre spoke with the oncologist and they are going to follow up on Monday to do new imaging and determine what the best course of action for treatment is moving forward. We will expect Bradley to be in the hospital while these decisions are made.
