Brad finally got to go home today! LOL! Took forever to get the out processing done but he was HAPPY!!
He "made" me come earlier then I was planning. I was originally going to get there around 11, do some house cleaning before-hand, you know, mama stuff. BUT the night before he INSISTED I am there early - and was concerned I got there at 9! SIGH! oOOOOOh Brad!
Otherwise, they had a couple concerns his HR was too low - but that is one of the reasons they kept him overnight because that is usually a concern with this type of surgery. But they say that when he gets up and about it should get back up.
The only thing we have to watch out for now is no lifting over 10# and strenuous bending or going up and down stairs because they went into the artery area of his groin to get his stent up in his neck. We got to see the before and after pics and there is definitely a difference.
So here is to hoping there is NO MORE issues & that we can get on with life!!!!! We have a mini "stay-cation" in June - something I am looking forward to, as I am going to unplug, drink beers and enjoy a firepit for a few days :) Then to finish planning Aracelli's big 1-6 party in October. Just glad that 90% of that one was paid off before all this happened! Just have to get our our plane tickets
Keep watching for more of Brad's baby steps!!! What should we work on next?
