Today marks 1 month since we travelled to Philly for the last night of life as we knew it. Surgery for a Brad was the next day, and we were filled with fear, anxiety, hopefulness and determination! Now that we are one month later I am happy to report that Brad is doing amazing! We have been very blessed to have two amazing surgeons, a full TSU staff of nurses and a beautiful new hospital. I cannot say enough about Penn University Hopital. What an establishment.
The journey back to “normal” will be a long one, but if you know Brad, he will be skipping past every milestone flipping the bird! Lol.
Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this! Your friendships and love got us through this, and we will never forget what you did for us!
