Biag had a CT simulation this past Friday, the same simulation he had prior to starting radiation treatment 4 weeks ago. They do the simulation to help dose and prescribe the exact laser pattern to treat the tumor.
Today, we followed up with our doctor to review the CT and check in on side affects from radiation. After brief conversation, our doctor said that Biagio’s CT scan looked good AND said he could NOT see the tumor in the CT scan as of today 😮🙌😁🙏 The same scan 4 weeks ago showed the remaining mass, and looking at it today he said, he could not see it! Small particles and specks are present, however in a CT you cannot see them. The tumor still exists, but it looks to be in small quantities--Praise God!! The best picture of the area and mass will be from the MRI in September—that will give us a more definite analysis..however, Amazing news that needs to be credited to God! This is indeed His work and we are so thankful and praise God for His miraculous work. We still have a long road ahead and need more definitive news and tests to solidify today’s elation, but what a blessing and gift we were given today. Thank you for praying... we ask that you continue to pray for healing and a cure for Biagio’s Brain cancer; we also ask you to continue spreading your positive prayerful energy every day to others and for Biagio.
We are full of emotions tonight, but thank God for His wonderful deeds. Thank you, Jesus!
