Mom put up the biggest fight to stay with us for as long as possible, which she held on longer than we would have ever thought possible. She passed today at 6:25pm with us there and her nieces Corrine and Dawn. Dawn was such a huge part of mom's journey-going to so many of her chemo appointments followed by long lunches which my mom just loved. We think she may have been holding on until Dawn made her visit, otherwise she had told Dawn that she was going to haunt her. Just so all of you know, she may haunt everyone because that's her style.

We again appreciate everything that everyone has done for us and mom over the last months and especially the last few weeks. We have had so much love and support from everywhere and the love for mom has been amazing to see. We know she felt it all. We truly have the best family and friends.

We will not be having a service until sometime at the end of June, so we will do one more update towards then to let anyone know those arrangements.

As mom always said in cards, when hanging up the phone, etc: "Love you always".
