Bob has been at Lawrence Presbyterian Manor a week now.  In addition to the routine assistance he is getting from LPM staff he is also getting hospice services (twice-weekly nursing visits and bi-weekly social worker visit) through VNA.  He is generally cogent and upbeat in conversation, though prone to confusion from time to time. 

I (Steve Procter, Bob's nephew) will be coming to Lawrence from Vermont Sunday through Tuesday, and my brother, Mark (also from Vermont), will be arriving Tuesday and staying for several days.  In addition to spending time with Bob we will be trying to set the stage for eventually vacating his apartment and distributing furniture and other goods. We welcome suggestions of charity second-hand stores, causes, etc. that you may want to recommend.

We appreciate all your support and visits, and perhaps we will have the opportunity to cross paths over the coming week.
