Bob’s Story

Site created on November 24, 2022

After several weeks of gastric issues, a CT scan on November 15 revealed that Bob has pancreatic cancer that has spread to the liver. While this was a shock to us it was not a shock to our Lord and we are trusting Him with whatever the future holds. We ask you to pray along with us on this journey.

Journal entry by Katheryne McEuen

Friends, it’s been a year since Bob was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. Twelve months of highs (the tumors shrank) and lows (sepsis). After four treatments on this new chemo regimen, he has a CT scan today. Wednesday we will get the results to know if it’s keeping the tumors at bay. The side effects continue to be harsh and managing them is difficult. We would appreciate your prayers for wisdom for the medical team, and peace of mind for us whatever the results.
