Just a quick update and prayer request.

Bill was admitted into the hospital again last Thursday. The pain continued to increase after he was discharged from the hospital on 4/07, and  he was re-admitted four days later. There is still a bowel obstruction. We are unsure if the previous obstruction never really resolved or if it is a new one. Either way, this is discouraging and concerning news. The CT scans and  gastro-grafin tests appear to contradict each other and this discord has left his medical team without answers or clear-cut treatment plans.  

Bill is currently dealing with severe pain, nausea, and weakness. 

This is also taking a toll on him emotionally. 

In order to start any possible treatment or be considered for hospital discharge, he needs to regain his strength, be fever-free, and have manageable pain levels.  

Please, please pray the obstruction clears, his pain and nausea stop, the cancer weakens, and Bill regains his strength- both physically and emotionally.🙏

Thanks for all the ways you show  your love and support. It's been a tough couple of weeks, and we have have found comfort in the positive notes, the offers to help, the encouraging hugs and especially the prayers. 💙
