Bill’s Story

Site created on October 4, 2023

Many of you already know that Bill has been fighting prostate cancer for over 10 years and more recently metastatic prostate cancer for 10 months. It was stage 4 in December 2022 and he bravely battled it with different chemo drugs for about 8 months. At the end of July scans showed the cancer had spread even more and there were no more treatments to try. He’s been at home with hospice support since August.

Since some of you were not aware of his illness or maybe not aware of its progression, the kids and I decided this was this best way to keep informed. We know you all dearly love and care about Bill and we want you to know the feelings are mutual.

Please feel free to pass this on to others  There’s no way we can reach all the many people to whom Bill has touched with his humor, kindness, friendliness, advice, and genuine caring personality.

Thank you.

May God Bless All Of You and May God Watch Over Bill And Keep Him Close
