Dear family and friends,


In December my doctors discovered that after four months of me being cancer free, the cancer had returned. I have opted to undergo treatment known as immunotherapy to promote my own immune system to fight the cancer. This is a newer type of treatment that my doctors believe will be successful, and I am staying positive and doing what I can to put the odds in my favor. I welcome your thoughts and prayers, and my daughters have set up a website that will allow you to post encouraging messages to me and keep track of my progress. Additional information is below. 


As much as I would love to reach out to each and every one of you personally, I am saving my energy to fight off my nemesis and beat this thing once and for all. Thank you for your love, thoughts, prayers, and understanding.
