Journal entry by Lynn Myers

Beth is finishing up her 7th chemo treatment today.  Only one more left.  She has suffered some difficult side effects including nausea and all that goes with it.  She has also experienced chiled nerves.  Like neuropathy her nerves react to the chemo by literally giving off a frozen affect especially in her fingers and in her mouth.  She will have her last chemo treatment on Wed. March 29 at the cancer center.  Then she is hooked to a chemo pump through her port and takes chemo until Friday when she returns and they disconnect the pump,  Beth will them have scans//tests to determine the results of the chemo.   If all looks good she will then move to radiation.  She is not sure how long that will take but when radiation is completed she will have cancer susrgery at the U of Wisconsin hospital.   Stilll a long journey ahead but much is behind her.   We ask that you continue to pray for Beth.
