Hello everyone, this is Whitney writing. I just want to start off by saying Kody and I can't thank everyone enough for all the support and prayers! 12/3 was the start of a very crucial period for Kody and I as we were living every parents worse nightmare. Our baby was very very ill and we felt our world shake by fear of the unknown. Doctors talking with us and having our bodies go numb with the words they were telling us, tears and anger taking over our bodies. Our faith was tested but our Lord and Savior brought peace to our situation and held our families together as we waited for our baby to get out of surgery. Seeing Bentley on a ventilator was not easy for anyone but we knew he was being cared for by the best doctors, nurses and that God had his healing hands on Bentley. There was lots of emotions through this past week but we are both very thankful our boy is still here with us! We thank our families, friends for all the thoughts and prayers, care packages and more. For those who have reached out, we will get in touch with you if we haven't. We love each and every one of you and because of all your prayers and the healing hands of our Lord as of 

12/10 around 6pm, Bentley walked out of the hospital with Kody and I with the biggest smile on his face. The first night home was full of cuddles and lots of much needed sleep. Bentley has made lots of improvements through out the week and the next 4-6 weeks will be busy with appointments and therapy but we are blessed to be sharing another Christmas and many more with Bentley beside us. ♥️
