Welcome to Ben’s CaringBridge site! We will do our best to use this site to share updates during the course of Ben’s AV Canal and Pulmonary Stenosis repair at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis. We deeply appreciate the love and support you have all shown and will continue to show over this journey. We are very grateful that we can trust God’s goodness and faithfulness in Benji’s life.

We’ve been home over a week and what a week it’s been. It was full of wonderful time with all four grandparents and celebrating Ben’s first birthday!

Ben continues to heal well and eat well. It seems that each day brings a little bit more of his personality back. Listening to him talk is one of our joys and all six of us adults sat around listening to him chat for quite a while last weekend. :)

 It was a special treat having all of the grandparents here from IA and NC for the weekend. What a privilege it is to have two sets of parents who get along, care so much and so well, and are so helpful.  God is so good. They are all missed so much already!

Now it is on to summer and finding a new rhythm for life.
