Final post from Ben:
My hand has been restored to full movement and my wrist is almost there. I only have a couple more physical therapy sessions left. My open surgery wound has revolved into just a massive scary looking deep scar with a little bit of scab left. It’s hard to look at but I feel great now and my stomach muscles are recovering well. I just sometimes get some weird nerve pain. I’ve been enjoying my recovered strength, health and mobility and I’m much more thankful about everything and less worried about stufff than before the accident. I’ve been enjoying walking with the kids around my neighborhood and I’ve been enjoying working from home on raising money and planning for the fall ministry. Please thank the Lord for healing my body and using this to help me learn to be more thankful and content. Thank the Lord for being with me and defending me and for providing so much while I was injured and for providing us with a car though a generous family that loves the Lord. Pray for my memory healing. My short term memory has been worse than usual and that’s been frustrating. Pray for me to get used to the sight of the scary deep scar. Pray for me to work wisely during a very busy month. And please continue to pray for healing and a full recovery for the other driver who was seriously injured in the accident. And pray for my insurance company to work well with the other driver. Thank you for praying and caring for me.
