Becky’s Story

Tuesday July 10th, we received unimaginable news. Becky was diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. In doctor terms specifically, Invasive Ductal Carcinoma with aggressive growth. Luckily, the cancer has not spread past her lymph nodes. Treatment has begun at Virginia Piper Breast Center- United Hospital in St. Paul, Minnesota. Unfortunately the tumor is too large to operate, which means Becky has 4-5 months of Chemotherapy, a mastectomy and then finally radiation  ahead of her. In total about 12 months of treatment start to finish.

After a three year battle with breast cancer my mom passed away peacefully on July 10th. We want to thank everyone for their help and support on this difficult journey.
