Journal entry by Brian Lieske

Becky was back home for a few days still having the neuropathy pain but enjoying her time home. They started her on a new medicine for her nerve pain which worked great. However a day after starting the meds she developed a rash all over her body and a fever of 101.6 so we are back in the hospital while they treat her for that. Not where she really wants to be but she knows it's the best place for her right now because she is still only 44 days post transplant and the stem cells are still immiture. Good news is that all the tests for infection and all her blood tests are looking very good. I anticipate being out of here sometime this weekend!!
