Beaver’s Story

Site created on May 8, 2018

Beaver was out for an average night when things turned for the worst. He was air lifted to St. Cloud where he has been in the ICU. God has been keeping a great hold on him though. Each doctor has shared more good news with us everyday. Monday afternoon he did have a major surgery on his face. He looks good, please pray that he will not get an infection. This morning, Tuesday they finally removed the breathing tube and we were finally able to take the sedation off. Talk about tears of joy!!!!! It is so nice to see his smile and hear his jokes. Please keep praying for Beaver that he will heal well and be home in no time. Please keep praying for Dominic and Abby that they would get rest and have their hearts so filled with love and the peace of God. We are so grateful for everyone's out reaching to us at this time. Please pray that God will bless all the doctors, nurses, emts, first responders, and the flight crew. God has blessed us so much. We can truly say he is a faithful God!

The words Thank you honestly do not say enough for the way our hearts feel right now. There are no words we can use right now for all of the support from the community. Literally just tears of gratitude is all that comes. God showed us yesterday in a very huge way just how great of a God He is. Our hearts are so broken, but yet so full at the same time for how people  honored our beloved Beaver. It amazes me so sit and think right now at how great Heaven is. Imagine all of that, but with no pain or brokenness. Abby and the family worked very hard all day to get as many thank yous out as possible. I know there are many we missed with lack of address and ways others helped with acts of service. With so much support and help we physically can not thank every one, so I truly hope this reaches the majority. Our community has showed us exactly how to Love one and another with a love like Jesus. I find it very difficult to even write this right now because I am at such a lose for words. Our healing has only just begun. We still feel alot of pain and loneliness for Beaver. I will never forget May 19th 2018. We saw all the fire trucks and just cried with joy for all of the support from our fellow departments. God is a good father. He has us in his arms right now and I pray he has you too. Don't let the enemy take this one. God is reaching out to you just asking you to let go. "Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law." Romans 13:10 NIV Just as pastor Trinity said yesterday it is normal to feel anger in a time like this. I know we are all fighting it right now, but I pray God will soon replace it with a peace that surpasses all understanding. We ask that you just look to God any time you find that pesky little question "why" sneaking into your thoughts. "Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord ’s purpose that prevails." Proverbs 19:21 NIV We just want every one to know how greatful we are. God has blessed us with you! I don't know what they can or can't see from Heaven, but I hope that Beaver saw yesterday. I pray God blesses each of you for your acts of love and support. God surely has blessed us with all of you. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts and from the center of our souls. God has amazed us every day. Thank you.
