Well, I have come to the end of hardest portion of my journey. 

My scans and bloodwork came back clear. YAY!! I had the surgery yesterday to remove my port. Now I start the monitoring portion of the journey. The scans and bloodwork will be repeated every 3 months for the next 2 years; along with lots of doctor visits. I also will be restarting the Aromasin which helps to fight off the breast cancer. 

My hair is starting to grow back. And the same for my eyebrows and eyelashes. 

Now I get to learn what my “new normal” is going to be, hopefully for the final time.
