Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. 


Fifteen years ago, Barbara was diagnosed with Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS). After years of increasing bone marrow failure, a stem cell transplant has become unavoidable and is the only medical cure for MDS. 

"Heal me, O Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise." - Jeremiah 17:14

Home! Barbara left the hospital yesterday and has settled in at my house. She is receiving phone calls and can have visitors. Since this is flu season, please ensure you are symptom free from any illness for at least one week prior to visiting. Thank you for your prayers!
