Austin’s Story

Site created on December 26, 2018

On Christmas Eve, Austin Fuentes was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. He was going down 281 near the Quarry (in San Antonio, TX) when a car cut him off. He lost control, hit the railing, and fell off the bridge into some bushes and grass.  He has many broken bones and fractures, but he is here to live another day. He still has a long road to recovery with surgeries and rehab, but he is one tough guy! Austin's closest family members will post updates to this site as they are able. Today Austin's girlfriend, Destiny, shared a surprise.  Destiny is 18 weeks pregnant!  Austin & Destiny had planned to share this news with family and friends on Christmas, but Austin's accident changed things up.  Destiny shared the news on her Facebook page with a beautiful note to their baby, "...God was not ready to take daddy from us."
