God is GOOD! We had a great day today! Austen has had some drastic improvements and was able to get out of bed and play some games. We had a great time playing Operation, painting bird houses and coloring. Her spirits are high and the doctor is so happy with her progress! He believes the toxins flowing in her blood are finally leaving her system and she is able to heal. 🙌🏻
She will continue to be monitored as she still has the heart murmur from her severe dehydration at the beginning of her sickness. We are hoping we get to go home in a few days!
