My Dearest Daughter,
     What I continue to do......
I continue to miss you immensely.
I continue to love you each day even though you are not physically here.
I continue to mourn the loss of you even after 4 years, 7 months and 2 days.
I continue to lose out on what could have been.
I continue to yearn for you to get married and have children.
I continue to miss you telling me how your day was.
I continue to miss saying goodnight to you.
I continue to miss your fashionista style.
I continue to miss watching Jeopardy with me, you and Troy.  (Wondering how Troy knew so much useless trivia).  TJ sometimes takes over and watches with me and Troy.
I continue to miss going shopping and the movies with you.
I continue miss watching you eating your favorite meal in order  (chicken, mashed potatoes and corn which by the way, we had tonight).
I continue to miss your smile and laugh even in the roughest of times and most the most joyous.
I continue to miss your quirkiness that made you so unique.
I continue to miss the loving and caring person you were.  (Worrying about others even when you were in so much pain physically and emotionally)
I continue to miss you going to our family’s houses and you not being there.

But ......
I find comfort in....
I find comfort in others remembering you and who you were.
I find comfort in speaking your name and about you.
I find comfort in the memories that have returned and give me focus to move forward each day....just what you wanted.
I find comfort in the love we had for each other as mother and daughter and friends.
I find comfort in the study you were on and knowing that your legacy will live on and will help others.
I find comfort in knowing God is perfect and doesn’t make mistakes.
I find comfort in knowing that God may have you in heaven but He enables all who knew you to remember you for who you were in their lives in your own special way.
I find the most comfort in knowing I was given the most precious title....Mom or as you would call me “Ma”.

“Until I see you again....”

Always loving you,
Ma
